MR-16 Frostline� Series
USHIO's Frostline� series of MR-16 lamps feature a halogen capsule surrounded by a frosted reflector and frosted front glass cover. Because there is no reflective coating on the reflector, the light profile spills in all directions. Normal dichroic MR-16s typically cause color changes or disruptive patterns on colored fixture glass.
The Frostline� series was designed to fit into pendant glass fixtures and eliminate the back-spill of "dichroic color" often occurring when used in these type of fixtures
